TASTER SESSIONS

- Taster Sessions are non-transferable: they are for a named person for a specific group and session date

- Taster Sessions are non-refundable: if you can't attend your taster session then you can use your payment for the following month only

- If you don't then attend after two consecutive months then your Taster Session lapses and you will need to buy another Taster Session to attend
- No one else can use your Taster Session

SINGING PASSES
- The set period of your Pass - either six or nine consecutive months when your group is held - begins when you first attend after buying a pass. So, if you buy a Pass in January but cannot attend until March, the set period will begin in March
- If you do not use all your sessions within the set period your Pass will expire and you will have to buy another one before you can attend again
- If you use all your sessions before the set period is over, you will be invited to buy another Pass by WhatsApp message
- Your Pass can be used at any monthly group, and you can use your pass more than once a month. This makes it easy to attend more than one group
- You will not receive a physical Pass: a record of your attendance will be kept by Sarah and you will be invited by WhatsApp message to buy a new pass once your current Pass has run out. You will be able to see how many sessions you have used on the group register.
- No one else can use your Pass
- If you decide to stop coming to a group or you can no longer come for any reason, you will not be refunded for sessions not used on your Pass
- If Sarah cancels a session, if you do not then elect to attend another group that month, your Pass set time period extends by a month. Sarah will keep a record of this extension to the set time of the Pass.
